Flexdesign composite materials
In our production facility in Hennigsdorf, in the north of Berlin, we are able to bond a wide variety of materials thanks to state-of-the-art technology. We can press a wide variety of foams, GRP layers and high-strength surfaces into composite panels measuring up to 10×3 m under vacuum.
We use this technology for our photovoltaic panels, among other things, but these composite panels are also used in houseboat and tiny house construction. Here we use the insulating and heat-retaining properties of the different foams and the high-strength and impact-resistant properties of the GRP for walls, floors and roof modules.
