Flexdesign real concrete panels
Concrete is all the trend and so are our ultra-light 3 mm real concrete panels (Flexdesign® Concrete), which measure 120 x 60 cm and can be installed quickly and easily on walls or façades.

Product composition
FLEXDESIGN© concrete consists of a fibre-reinforced, mineral material composition, which has been made flexible by adding a small amount of thermoplastic polymer.
Surface and dimensions
A very high-quality, smooth surface based on exposed concrete class SB 4 with a central formwork point as a design element and a second exposed concrete surface based on exposed concrete class SB 2 (DBV “Merkblatt Sichtbeton”, corrected version 2005) to specifically emphasize the individuality and lively character of an exposed concrete surface.

Other surface qualities are available on request. The standard panel dimensions are 120 x 60 cm. The dimensional accuracy of the panels
is ± 1 mm. Other formats are also available on request.
Processing
FLEXDESIGN© concrete is designed for direct bonding to the substrate. FLEXDESIGN© concrete tiles can be cut dust-free using a conventional tile cutter.

Maintenance and cleaning
Individual damaged or defaced FLEXDESIGN© concrete panels can be replaced at any time at a reasonable cost.

Storage and shelf life
FLEXDESIGN© concrete should be stored in a dry and level place at temperatures up to 25°C.

Flex sandstone
Sandstone is a purely natural product and therefore exists in a wide variety of color spectra and structures. Please note that sandstone is also subject to natural variations due to this.
